Please note that due to numerous variables we do not guarantee against heat related damage to your order.Your items will be placed inside the thermal envelope along with any ice packs purchased, thermal envelope will be sealed and then placed in an outer cardboard shipping box. Thermal envelopes are not the outer shipping packaging.

Neither the ice packs nor thermal envelopes are designed to last the 4-5 days that standard shipping may take to arrive. It is highly recommended that you purchase an expedited shipping option in addition to thermal packaging to increase the likelihood that your order will arrive unmelted.
